This course is made for you, to help you change your vibrations, to support you in manifesting higher vibrations on your daily life!

Life can be challening, we have things coming up from the past or even the present and sometimes we get also overwhelmed for the upcoming future!

All these things can bring us down, change our emotions and make it even more difficult to handle everything that is going on.

At this moment, we lack of clarity and tools on how to process everything. What is needed?

To take a break – PAUSE – change our vibrations as we can’t handle everything at once. One step at a time.

When we are in that rollercoaster nothing seems to be working and sometimes we get “lost” in that emotional state.
