In the 1st introductory  class, I  start  from teaching you the interaction between health, food, and daily activity as an introduction to herbal health cultivation based on Hildegarde’s system.

At first, we learn about Hildegarde of Bingen, who systematized dietetics, herbal remedies, and health cultivation.

Secondly, let’s explore her culinary approaches to health cultivation.

Then, you will see the basic idea of her holistic approach, 3 types of human health conditions, what to eat, and 6 regimens, then her concepts on many kinds of food and drink.

At the end of course, you will know 4 basic notions of health led by Hildegarde of Bingen.

Now I would like to inform you of the course syllabus after vol.1.

In the course vol.2, I will teach you the same theme as this class in the Chinese medicine version.

In vol.3, you will see the properties of medicinal plants suggested by Hildegarde of Bingen, and the comparison of how Chinese medicine uses them.

After vol.4, I will teach you the theme of remedies by the pathology both in Hildegarde of Bingen’s method and Chinese medicine.

I welcome all people who are interested in healthy lifestyle,  how to use herb and natural plant for the improvement of health, and diet to keep fit,  in both European and Chinese style.
