One particular difficulty we have is; making decisions under stress which are low probability, but high stakes. We are least prepared to make the decisions. Even the most decisive manager can be thrown into despair when faced with a high-stakes situation. We make decisions every day without noticing, but a career-making (or breaking) challenge requires thought and deliberation. It’s unlikely that a single approach will serve you every time. However, there are key factors you should consider to ensure you reach a sound conclusion. In this course we will be sharing those key factors to be considered while making high stake decisions. This simulation is for professionals who have worked for over 5+ years, especially those who are operating under high stress environments. This course will be effective for those, who are reflective in nature, able to pause, think and pen down thoughts. Throughout this course, various reflection time have been provided, if you skip those reflection sections, this course will be a waste of time.
