This is a core module in the Diploma in Procurement and Supply. In any organization, a significant element of the procurement and supply functions is based around decisions to source activity from external suppliers. Once agreements have been established, the relationship established with the suppliers is paramount to overall success. After completing this module, learners will be able to analyse the dynamics of supplier relationships, examine the processes and procedures for working with stakeholders, and appreciate the concept of partnering.

Upon completion of the six practice tests based on this module, learners will be able to assess their level of preparation for passing the CIPS exam. The questions have been designed according to the CIPS question format so that participants have a real-life experience of the actual CIPS exam.
