Description
This course is for seekers in all walks of life. We define a seeker as someone who continually chooses to discover more about ones self, ones beliefs, ones inner desires and needs, and about life. This is an 11-day journey exploring an encyclopedia of life wisdom from intergenerational and international master teachers. Each day covers one of the 11 topics that my grandmother andΒ I have chosen with great care because we believe they are all vitally important to learn about in order to live a happy and fulfilled life. My grandmother and IΒ also share personal wisdom from life experience on each of the daily topics that we have labeled as grandmother wisdom and granddaughter wisdom.
We like to think of this 11 day challenge as consuming a nutrient rich diet for the mind; we hope to strengthen, detoxify, reset and turbo charge your mindset. We believe when each of these 11 topics are expanded upon in your daily life, it will lead to more self-awareness and discovery, authentic expression and inspiration, freedom, deeper connection, and more overall wealth, health, and joy.Β The 11 daily topics are Self Awareness, Forgiveness, Perseverance, Gratitude, Vision, Balance, Authenticity, Compassion, Present Time, Connectedness and God Within.
Each Daily exercise will have:
- a daily affirmation to say and meditate on throughout the day,
- an inspirational quote or two to add to your repertoire for your new encouraging mindset
- a 5 minute video of my Grandmother and I sharing personal wisdom from life experience on the daily topics that has helped us in our own life
- a short yet life-changing practice or activity to apply in your daily life
- 2-5 carefully curated videos from master teachers and healers around the world sharing their impactful wisdom on the daily topic
- and 3-5 reflection questions for you to journal or type about, to get you thinking about these aspects in your personal life and to help you incorporate and integrate your personal discoveries into your life in a relevant way.
It is designed so that you may digest one topic or aspect a day. Each daily aspect has been carefully curated to be short, sweet and to the point so that it may provide the ultimate amount of self-help and discovery in the least amount of time. We’ve designed each daily topic so that it may act as a gateway for seekers to learn more on the topics or from the master teachers of their choice. Each daily aspect can take as quick as 15 minutes or as long as 45 minutes, depending how much time and thought you put into them.
In this course you get to access all the wisdom, gems of self-help, master teachers and life wisdom that my 87 year-old Grandmother and I have discovered on our journeys as world travelers and lifelong seekers and that we both personally use today to greatly enrich our lives and mindsets. Together, we have an accumulated 75 years of study with master teachers from all around the world and of all different disciplines of life within the realms of higher consciousness and more aliveness.
