Whether it is the Keto diet, Atkins, plant-based (vegan), paleo or South Beach, they don’t all work every time you go on that diet. In fact, every time a diet is repeated, it becomes less and less effective. 65% of dieters return to their pre-diet weight within 2 years.

Diets Don’t Work for Everyone

If you were to take 2 individuals and feed them the exact same thing, you would get radically different results. One might lose weight and the other one may maintain or even gain weight! Some people struggle to get results no matter how many different diets they try.

Habit Change to the Rescue

Changing just a few habits around mealtime can make a huge difference. Did you know that on average, people who started eating slower lost 25 pounds on average in a medical study? They changed ONE THING!

In this class, you’ll learn 4 habits around meals, plus a bonus habit that will help you get results without changing what you eat.

  1. Give your body the nutrients it needs by taking the right supplements. Learn basic supplementation including how to choose a multivitamin and fish oil. Learn how to make it a habit to take them.
  2. Eat slowly at meals. Learn how to slow down and savor your food with these exercises. There are several great practices and drills you can do to lock this habit in.
  3. Pay attention to hunger and fullness cues. Learn to listen to the signals your body is telling you and give yourself permission to tune in.
  4. Time your meals correctly for your body. Should you or shouldn’t you do intermittent fasting? It really depends. For some people it’s great and for other people it can be counterproductive and even dangerous! Learn how to decide what is best for your body. You will also learn how to make space in your schedule for meals and figure out how many meals and snacks is right for you.
  5. [BONUS HABIT] Get enough sleep. Learn how to get better sleep (and more of it) so that you get better results than any diet can give.
