Hi, I’m Joe. Welcome to this anxiety reduction course.
I’ve grown up with anxiety from a young age and have continued to manage and improve this over the years.
But, I’ve always found it quite hard to find useful and applicable help for someone with anxiety. The information on the internet is quite fragmented and I’ve found that many courses come from a lecturer angle towards anxiety. But don’t always have the actual experience of growing up with anxiety and managing it on a weekly basis.
So I have decided to consolidate the ideas, habits, and thought processes that I’ve brought into my life, into one simple course.
By the end of this course, you will have learned the strategies and techniques I have used and be able to apply them in your own life.
This course will lay out the positive habits and thought processes that have reduced my anxiety over the years. I’ll explore the various ideas which you can apply to your own life. I’ve compiled all the techniques I’ve used in the last 10 years of growing up with anxiety.
This is something I’ve always wanted to share and help others like me. This course is the perfect way to do so.
