How Elderly people lose hope struggling to fight their illnesses and they have  start believing that they are no more capable to do the things they used to do.

The Post-Retirement Syndrome that most of the elderlies face because of the fact that they do not have to are supposed to follow any routine, they start procrastinating things and do not really care about themselves. All they do is lock themselves inside a box where they keep thinking about how their life is not worthy to live anymore.

Elderly people are more subject to loneliness these days and face a lot of issues with the younger generations , because of this they are more focused on the problems that they are facing in both the sickness and personal terms. It becomes difficult to deal with such situations not only to the elderly but even to the people that they are surrounded and then rises the possibility of conflicts. They even start having a conflict with themselves about their inability to do things that they did before.

It just needs a few things to be followed on a daily basis regularly to get rid of this thinking process, the lack of motivation that they face post-retirement.

How someone thinks about their sickness?

•I have a sickness that I cannot stop thinking about all the time and it really makes me step back out of everything that I ever wanted to do.

•My sickness has taken over my body and ultimately my soul and I cannot help myself or anyone around anymore.

A Sick Body is not a Sick Soul

A sick body should never really make a sick soul.

Your sickness should never be allowed to take over your soul, your mind and your overall moral strength.

You are your soul first

•Train your mind to stop thinking all the time about your sickness.

Train your mind to stop telling itself that your body is not well.
