Description

This course is designed to review my specific doctoral capstone experience related to pediatric feeding therapy and the development of group feeding services at a small, outpatient, family-owned clinic. This experience and project was developed using current evidence while completing a critically appraised topic and PICO. The literature found is included in this presentation and all APA references are sited at the end of this course for your viewing. This course also includes the overarching theories guiding my doctoral capstone project, as well as other foundational information for my capstone experience. Included are several resources that I created to assist in developing group feeding therapy services. This includes resources for marketing of the program, cost/revenue estimates, a feedback form, tools to increase the efficiency of evaluation documentation, and general protocols for feeding groups at this site. This course also contains two case studies for children receiving feeding therapy services. One is a case study of a child receiving individual feeding services, and the other is of a sibling group service delivery.
