Professionals in the 21st century need to brand themselves and to tell the story of their careers. This is best accomplished with a professional portfolio that SHOWS potential employers your skills, knowledge, and accomplishments while painting a full picture of your career path and goals.
In this course, you will:
- create a 6 part portfolio using PowerPoint — no expensive software or complicated online tools needed
- learn to use STAR to show actions taken and positive results achieved
- apply the 30/60/90 plan to demonstrate your ability to prioritize short and long term actions
- use color palettes and formatting for visual appeal and branding
- save the portfolio as a PDF, a folder of JPGs, and a Google Doc for easy to share attachments or links
