It will also give you a huge catalog of music to play through once you understand the basics
  • Lesson 4 – The Minor Pentatonic Scale – This is the KINGΒ of all guitar scales and learning it will open up so many doors for you as a guitar player. It will also introduce one of the most important concepts that’s makes playing guitar a lot easier than you might think, which is the concept of movable patterns.
  • Lesson 5 – Power Chords – This is the KINGΒ of all Rock Guitar Chords! Like the minor pentatonic scale, the power chord is a movable shape that will allow you to play along to tons of your favorite rock songs. Crank up some distortion on your amp and you’ll be in rock heaven!
  • Lesson 6 – The Fretboard – This lesson will show you how to become familiar with naming the notes up and down the fretboard. We cut out all the fluff and only focus on the two big strings, since these are the most important to know and understand.
  • Lesson 7 – Tuning – An In-Depth Look – This is a bonus lesson where we dive deeper into understanding how to tune your guitar and focus on different methods to be able to tune with.
