Have you ever wondered what coaching is? Have you ever thought of improving your coaching skills? Are you curious about the skills involved in coaching conversations?
As Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters or Leaders, our main goal is to help people think things through and come up with new thoughts about whatever it is that they are trying to figure out so that they can move forward. Perhaps the person is stuck and/or can’t seem to move forward. Partnering with a coach can change your trajectory, increase your level of awareness and setting you on a path to greater fulfillment.
In this course, you will gain a deeper understanding of professional coaching. You will discover an extensive list of coaching skills that you may have not been aware of and how it could amplify your coaching impact. You will see a demonstration of a variety of coaching skills as well as a debrief. This course will get you started on your professional coaching journey.
