I have deploy Process capability to qualify supplier new product, determine if supplier is able to meet delivery schedule and drive for process improvement six sigma methodology. With my vast experience in applying Process capability I have design this course to enable you to conduct process capability without any software. Excel template will provide. You will also learn what are the process improvement needed with to reduce variability or shift and challenges associate with process capability study. Challenges are derive from my experience and not found anywhere else.
