In 2012 and 2013, my life was a relentless storm of anxiety and depression. The rejection and dissatisfaction I faced were so overwhelming that I contemplated suicide daily. This incident was a watershed moment, a stark realization that something had to change. With a trembling hand, I texted my friend to cancel our plans, and in that low point, I found the courage to seek therapy—a decision that would alter the course of my life.
