Description
Central Board of Secondary Education conducts CTET exam every year for assessing the eligibility of teachers for primary and upper primary classes. It welcomes applicants who are interested to take forward their careers in the teaching sector. CTET is the central teacher eligibility test, based on which the candidates can apply for various vacancies in various government and government-aided schools. The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) exam will be conducted in online mode from this year and CTET December 2021 exam will be the 15th Edition of the CTET Exam for examining the candidates for their teaching eligibility.
test items on Child Development and Pedagogy will focus on the educational psychology of teaching and learning relevant to the age group of 6-11 years. They will focus on understanding the characteristics and needs of diverse learners, interaction with learners and the attributes and qualities of a good facilitator of learning.
questions in the test for Paper I will be based on the topics prescribed in the syllabus of the NCERT for classes I – V but their difficulty standard as well as linkages, could be up to the Secondary stage.
candidates get the flexibility to choose either Paper 1 or Paper 2 as per their requirements. The aspirants, who are willing to join as a teacher of class 1-5, can appear for the Paper 1exam and those, who want to teach the students of class 6-8, need to appear for the Paper 2 exam.
