Description

Did you know that many of the artists that we consider “Masters” integrated their creativity and spirituality?  In this course we are learning about the intentions behind Claude Monet’s work.  as we consider Monet’s practices, I invite you to take a similar journey with yourself and ways to find your way back home within you.

The ultimate connection according to David Brenner in his book,” The Gift of Being Yourself” is with yourself.  For many of us, that connection has been diminished by labels other have placed upon us or possibly even inflicted on ourselves.  This diminished light can also come from the disappointments and discouraging circumstance we face in life.

Through the help of meditation, journaling and creativity, I have created a course that helps you to begin to have those conversation with yourself and open your heart to not only find your truest self but make to the spiritual life you have been longing for in a more dynamic, practical and relevant way.

I invite you to trust a process of quieting your mind and opening your heart throughout creativity practices that honor the the time honored traditions that artists throughout the ages have experienced.  Take this opportunity to move past the preconceived notion that art and creativity is for others who are ‘good at it’ and find out the truth that peace, clarity and calm is on the other end of a paintbrush.
