Description

In this course, you will learn effective techniques to achieve life goals. In this journey we call life, we will set many goals along the way. Goals are desired outcomes that once we achieve them, change our lives. You will learn how to set goals that are concrete, specific, and measurable. Defining objectives is important as objectives are the small steps we take towards goal achievement. We will dive into barriers to goal achievement. It is important to plan for potential barriers so that when faced with those barriers, we already have the mechanisms in place to overcome them.ย  We will come to understand that relapse is a part of change. When we realize that relapse is a part of change, we learn to move from self-defeating thoughts to self-compassion which gets us back on track to goal achievement. You will learn to challenge those negative thoughts that prevent you from focusing on your goals.
