This course is for anyone who would like to learn how to de-stress and manage their emotions and for those who work in the counselling field.  The strategies are simple and easy to implement wherever you are.  The strategies that you will learn include how to be grounded, how to implement progressive relaxation, mindfulness, meditation, and visualization.
