Description

  • Coaching is a form of development through a thought-provoking process in which an experienced person, called a coach, inspires and guides the client, called a coachee, in achieving personal or professional goals.
  • These goals may include about anything: more self confidence, weight loss, career change, better relationships, and many more.
  • Here, the client is already a expert in his field, the coach helps the client in setting and achieving higher set of goals. At its best, coaching is about partnering rather than about one person being “the expert” and lecturing the other.

As a result of professional coaching, coachees set better goals, take more action, make better decisions, and more fully use their natural strengths. Whatever your goals, a professional coach gives motivation, accountability and support, keeping client focused and taking action from week to week.
