Description

Enjoy 3 recorded classes led by qualified yoga instructor Alice Rawsthorne. These classes gradually build up from 10 minutes to 35 minutes, to help you build your practice.

Each class gives variations depending on what your body needs during the practice. The classes are designed at an open level, meaning that they can be done by complete beginners, or as a refresher for more experienced yoga practitioners. Different options are provided for easier or more challenging postures in each class, depending on your experience level and your own personal body.

Classes range from 10 minutes to 35 minutes – short enough to fit into your day, and long enough so that you’ll really feel the benefits.

If you’re looking to build strength and flexibility, and most importantly give yourself some Me Time and self-care, this course is for you!
