In this Yin Yoga course, Heather will guide you to the deeper dimensions of yourself as you turn your attention inward.

You can experience deep healing as you settle into the postures for 2-5 minutes and allow your body to melt at the point of sensation. Over time your practice of yin yoga can open your capacity for connection, flexibility, serenity, and consciousness.
