Feeling fully rested in the morning is crucial for a productive day and to increase life quality. If you have trouble getting enough sleep and to feel fully rested – This exercise can help you find things you can do to help you get to bed early and de-stress and unwind.

Choose to incorporate 5-10 new things.

Tips. No social media, emails, news after 8 pm. Use: Soft lighting, relaxing music, books, stretching routines, or relaxing YouTube channels.
