Description
The RedSeal Platform is a Network Security platform that continuously identifies critical attack risk and non-compliance in complex enterprise security infrastructure. It provides organizations with a firm understanding of where security is working, where improvement is needed, and where the greatest cyber-attack risks lie.
This training is intended for experienced IT system administrators, network security officers and members of their organizations who will install and manage the RedSeal product.
Knowledge of Linux or UNIX is helpful to manage the RedSeal appliance and virtual RedSeal instances.
You will learn:
β’ RedSeal is a digital resilience platform with the capability to assess multiple items within your environment.
β’ The Model Issues tab shows items that may be preventing RedSeal from having an accurate and complete model of your environment.
β’ The Best Practices tab allows you to see the results of Best Practice Checks (BPCβs) performed on your network device configs.
β’ The Maps & Views tab displays a Layer 3 logical map of your environment and allows for searching for more specific information on individual elements.
β’ The FW Rule Analysis feature allows you to quickly identify any potential areas of concern regarding configuration of your Firewall rules.
β’ The Vulnerabilities and Risk tabs allow you to view and prioritize remediation on the Hosts (servers, workstations, etc.) in your environment.
β’ The Reports area offers multiple categories of reporting options to assist with review and decision making.
