POWER BRAINing™ can be run as a group class, with an instructor leading the class. In this POWER BRAINing™ Basic Instructor Training Course you will learn the basics about the science behind POWER BRAINing™, the types of POWER BRAINing™ programs available, and best practices for running a successful POWER BRAINing™ group class.
