We discuss the stages of change in detail, to help you understand where in this cycle you are.  We look at various alternative recovery programs, should you wish to enter a program.  We showcase practical tools to not only achieve recovery, but to live a balanced and healthy life post addiction.  We discuss PAWS (Post-Acute Withdrawal Syndrome) and how this can affect recovery, and how to handle it.
