What you will learn

In this course, students will learn the difference between ‘doing’ kindness and ‘being’ kindness.

Students will learn three very potent, quick, and simple to follow techniques – to ease into kindness.

Students will be taken through a guided meditation,by Nila, using Ascended Rose of Kindness – an energy from the ascended world.

Students will receive Kindness Attunement from Nila and Expert Healers (Light Key Wellness system practitioners)
