Description

The growth and economic-financial development of the last decades has resulted in the restructuring and disruption of e-eco-bio-economic systems and networks (e-economy, eco-economy, bio-economy). This course aims to provide concrete measures to resolve these disruptions. This course proposes a series of banking instruments and collaterals, the proposal aiming at the intelligent sustainable development of securitization and financial-banking security. The main objective of the course is to conduct research on the conceptual and formal evolution of financial-banking security (collateralization/guarantee/securitization / financial securitization) to ensure smart sustainable development solutions by introducing new banking instruments belonging to the electronic bank (e-banking), eco-banking and bio-banking. The course is based on a course that is the result of research conducted within the POSTGRADUATE STUDIES IN APPLIED INFORMATICS from Bucharest University (2001-2003), DOCTORAL SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies (2002-2008), and POSTDOCTORAL SCHOOL FOR ZOOTECHNICAL BIODIVERSITY AND FOOD BIOTECHNOLOGIES ON THE BASIS OF ECOECONOMICS AND BIOECONOMICS NECESSARY ECOSANOGENESIS from the National Institute for Economic Research of the Romanian Academy (2013-2014). The research undertaken in this course was qualitative-descriptive, having two empirical and exploratory coordinates and using the study of written documents through the technique of content analysis, case study, observation, and interview with concrete applications in conducting the studies mentioned. In this course, the specific observation method is the fact that the study of documents was the most used qualitative method. In the present research, we conducted a case study with various complex aspects, starting from the idea that studying several facets of a case sheds more light on understanding a social phenomenon.
