We know its common especially among youth right now. Our hope with this course is to help you understand and uncover your core needs and what works for you to fill your bucket and address your core needs.

What you will discover in this course is that there is no right or wrong way to live your life. Anytime you spend in fear or comparing or engaging in negative activities or anything that attacks your core needs will make you feel “less than” and pushes you to engage further into negative hopelessness.
