This course covers the fundamental concepts of Ayurveda, The course constitute of multiple video lectures. This course contains lots of knowledge which can help you.

The 6000-year-old health care system, Ayurvedic living places a strong emphasis on nutrition. In Ayurveda, “Ahara” (diet) and “Anna” (food) are given particular importance.

Ayurveda says that mind, body, and spirit are all nourished by wholesome, healthy food. It says that although each person’s digestive ability may vary, it is still important to eat food that is personalized, easy to digest and in the right quantities.

Food, when consumed in the right amounts, maintains the health of the tissues, gives power, and vitality.

This short course covers the fundamental concepts of Ayurvedic nutrition like substance (dravya), properties (guna), taste (rasa), potency (virya) in details. Understanding these concepts is imperative to understanding Ayurvedic nutrition.
