16 techniques – 4 circular kicks, 4 straight kicks, 4 dodges, and 4 acrobatics, a short brief of capoeira’s history, several songs+ translations, and how to play the instruments – pandeiro, conga, and berimbau.

learning Capoeira is like learning a language, in this case, it’s a body language where you communicate using your body.

capoeira is a complex art of movement. here you will the first letters to create words in the capoeira language.

this course requires no experience and fits all levels of fitness

also in this course, there’s a training segment with 15,30, and 60 minutes classes so you can train together with me in front of the screen
