Business Etiquette Boot Camp is all about learning the basics of etiquette & protocol skills within the realm of doing business – from small to big business.  You may be placed in certain work situations at higher levels if you know the basics of these topics within our society and in your company.  You would be more valuable with these skills.  Your employer would love you even more!  And knowing the basics of good manners, etiquette, & protocol are the foundation for conflict resolution.  And this is a top skill to have in the world of business.  And any other situation you may have outside of your employment.  To give a quick summary of this lecture series, we will touch on the proper way of knowing how to introduce others, image & dress, business communication, corporate meeting etiquette, business dining etiquette, customer service etiquette, and doing business with other countries.  It is highly important to grow your knowledge about etiquette & protocol towards your success of helping to make your dreams and goals a reality in your life.  We all want to be happy and live in a positive environment – so by following the basics of etiquette & protocol – this is helping to make this happen.  And our attitude when dealing with others within the realm of the business world needs to be as positive as you can make it.  This is what makes the world go round.  Not only money, folks – but your behavior will determine your economic success – both professionally and personally.
