Business Etiquette Boot Camp is all about learning the basics of etiquette & protocol skills within the realm of doing business – from small to big business. You may be placed in certain work situations at higher levels if you know the basics of these topics within our society and in your company. You would be more valuable with these skills. Your employer would love you even more! And knowing the basics of good manners, etiquette, & protocol are the foundation for conflict resolution. And this is a top skill to have in the world of business. And any other situation you may have outside of your employment. To give a quick summary of this lecture series, we will touch on the proper way of knowing how to introduce others, image & dress, business communication, corporate meeting etiquette, business dining etiquette, customer service etiquette, and doing business with other countries.
