Ideation: Toolkit

Within organisations there are always an abundance of fantastic ideas coming from staff, leaders, customers etc. However, more often than not, these ideas are never fully explored and therefore, are never fully deployed. I see this as a HUGE missed opportunity. Some of the best ideas that organisations could deploy come from the very people buying their products or working the processes – not the senior leadership team or upper management. Knowing how to harness these ideas, see them through and deliver their key concepts is really important, especially in todays marketplace. The tools explore within this course will introduce you to some of the ways in which you can do this.

– Brainstorming tool.

– Affinity Diagram Tool.

– Multivoting tool.

We will explore these tools by understanding what they are, how to deploy them and give LIVE demonstrations of how you can actually do this. When you leave this course you will have the right toolkit in hand to ensure all great ideas are explored and deployed within your organisation. This is not just about giving you tools to deploy in projects, but also tools you can deploy on a daily basis, wherever needed.
