When babies are born, parents hold their little hands, kiss their cute little foreheads & promise their little one that they will give their children the best life possible. However, as the babies turn into toddlers, it starts becoming increasingly challenging to know what is the right thing to do for the child. Parents try multiple approaches to see what works best. This leaves the child confused, due to lack of consistency in the parent’s reaction.
Parents, especially first time parents, also get a lot of advice from everyone. Many times, this advice is contradictory. Hence, parents are left confused & stressed out, and usually end up doing “over-parenting” in certain areas and “under-parenting” in some. This impacts the child’s growth and mental, physical & emotional development & has long term repercussions.
