Do you struggle with stress, anxiety or feeling overwhelmed? Are you looking for ways to support your mental health? This course includes a range of yoga, meditation and breathwork classes, each designed to help you to prioritise yourself and give yourself that much needed ‘me time’.

The course includes:

– Calming breathing exercises

– Meditation for reducing anxiety

– Yoga flows to help you unwind and feel good

– A self-care activity to help reduce social anxiety

Research shows that yoga can help to reduce anxiety – and is the main reason I started practicing yoga in the first place. The breath training included in yoga can be especially effective, as it can help to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) versus the sympathetic nervous system (fight and flight) which can take over when we are anxious.

My yoga journey began as a way to help manage anxiety and mental health, and I fell in love with the feeling that the practice of yoga gives you both physically and mentally. My aim is to encourage others to take some Me Time – to move and breathe and flow and feel good.
