In this content our focus is to share in a simple and objective way all the programming and operation part of a large industrial robot like the Kawasaki, which is one of the most used models in the automotive industry.
In this module we will understand more advanced functions for the IRC5 controller with RobotWare version, such as system and user module analysis, system structures and interpretation. We will also see system parameters and how this is structured in the robot, the cool thing is that in addition to the didactic content being very well structured, we will also see in practice several concepts that will be presented throughout the training.
I will provide a backup of a functional robot from a GM project (It has some modifications to meet the training), which can help you to better understand how it works and how to work with robots in large automakers.
In this training I use a lot of examples that fit in the explanations focusing on current processes, I also share information and contents of one of the most used processes in the automotive industry focused on robotics, which is the welding process, more specifically spot welding (Resistance Welding).
I also share safety tips and the daily life of a professional in the area.
This course is designed to provide engineers with “Simulation Skills”. Creating simulations is a lucrative yet challenging skill in which imagination plays a crucial role. A simulation engineer must imagine the entire operation process and build a virtual world that mimics the real scenario. The complexity of the simulation increases even more when the process requires higher efficiency. In this era of automation, as process automation experts, we have observed the importance of industrial robots in various industries, and challenges such as “High supply and demand”, “A cutting-edge process for higher efficiency and superior accuracy” have prompted engineers as well. towards industrial robots Robot simulation answers many of the questions that arise during the transition from the traditional to the robotic process. This course will establish the birth of Virtual Commissioning using Kawasaki K-Roset
