Get to know Reiki first-hand! Ki is the energy moving in everything (like chi in Chinese or prana in Sanskrit) and Rei means spiritually or universally guided. So Rei-ki is spiritually guided life force energy. It’s a beautiful light healing energy. And anyone can learn to channel Reiki and enjoy its healing and soothing effects!
In this course, you’ll learn more about what Reiki is, how it works, and where it comes from.
You’ll also get a free Reiki Experience, which is like a semi-guided meditation. It has a visualization to set the tone, then time and space for you and Reiki to make a personal connection. You may experience colors, visions, ah-ha moments, or just total relaxation! Reiki knows what you need and will meet you on your level to help you heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and/or spiritually.
