This course will bring back the joy you need in life by transforming your body into a look you only ever dreamed of. I have created a course guaranteed to lose weight with professional experience and help from my high jump coach, Mike Monroe.
This course will need a lot of commitment. I would roughly estimate 20 minutes of exercise per day for a minimum of 3 weeks to see improvements. If you are trying to lose weight, Nutrition is a massive commitment to achieve the best results.
To see if my visualisation & exercises actually benefited the human physical state, I had to test it out. I supplied a training package to my mother with a daily routine attached. After the first session, there were already significant improvements. The mental aspect of the package, incorporating the visualisation into it, extremely aided her in the completion of her exercises. Her drive began to fall back into place & the feeling of autonomy was crucial.
To have both plyometrics and visualisation in the one course for ‘weight loss’ was a huge task. It had never been thought of before, that plyometrics could aid a person with weight loss but in fact it can. The idea behind my course was to have simple but extraordinary exercises put together, so that the people of debilitated fitness could complete them with less of a struggle. There had to be a broad range of exercises as not everyone fits the same build but that was relatively easy to put together.
