READ THIS FIRST BEFORE SIGNING UP: This course was originally published as a Smart Shopping Campaign Course. However, because Google has made the decision to migrate Smart Shopping campaigns over to Performance Max campaigns, Kirk did not have the time nor energy to reshoot everything as Performance Max videos (real talk!) immediately (you know, because we’re actually trying to learn the campaigns in our own client accounts).
This means, that we’re publishing the course as is and HAVE NOW MADE IT FREE so you can at least get started on the basics of Shopping Ads such as feed optimizations, etc. Perhaps someday, we’ll get a Performance Max course out of Kirk!
In the meantime, there are helpful tips here on feed optimizations, settings, supplemental feeds, and more that you’ll find helpful. Kirk dives into ways you can (still) sculpt your Standard shopping campaigns to target specific queries, as well as some helpful feed optimization tips, too. Of course, differences like asset groupings will keep us on our toes, but, at least it’s a start for the price, right?!
