Often in our roles we are required to speak to clients and it is critical to for all of us to make our conversation success and impactful. This course brings in the importance of effective conversations with clients and different types of conversations. It is also important to understand the key phases in the client conversation. Having a small talk in building rapport play crucial role in engaging clients. All aspects of great conversation help especially questioning, listening and paraphrasing. This course would also address client conversation framework.
