Listening skill is a learnable but it is the most unrated skill. Everyone says that they listen but are they really listening. A LinkedIn survey of 14,000 workers found that only 8 percent considered their leaders great listeners and communicators. As we do up the Leadership Ladder, its about the people more than you…..but sadly research shows few leaders most this…..
