This course is an introduction to Chair Yoga in a way that is accessible to all levels and is beginner friendly!
Whether you are already sitting at your work desk, needing a quick 10 minute pick-me-up, or looking for a nice stretch before you start your day, take a seat and join this course.
This is a challenge to show up for 10 days, to move different parts of your body and to listen to what feels good. Beginning with the neck and shoulders, this course will move from your head to your toes, massaging and moving the body in ways that will release stored tension and muscle aches and pains.
The aim of this course is to give you the invaluable tool of learning how to move your body in a way that is beneficial and feels good too. Simply sitting on a chair can be transformed into a mobility exercise that will improve your flexibility and range of motion over time.
Toward the end of the sessions, you will combine the movements you have learnt to create full-body chair yoga sequences that energize your body and make you feel great!
