Description

The definition of toxic is described as “very harmful or unpleasant in a pervasive or insidious way.”

Unfortunately most of us can say we’ve had the experience of being in a relationship that could be considered toxic. Whether it be a family member who takes their emotions out on you or a co-worker who constantly puts you down, these unfortunate relationships can really drain your energy and undermine your positivity and self-worth.

Throughout my 30 years of being an entrepreneur, where I’ve started over 25 different businesses in such diverse industries as television, real estate and restaurant franchising, I’ve dealt with my fair share of toxicity.
