A successful Project Manager manages risk, control the quality of the deliverables, engage and manage people and procure goods and services. Project Initiation is one of the many decisions associated with major risks and constraints on the projects. The Project Management Plan is a key planning document that describes how Project team will execute, monitor and control the project. Effective Risk Management Strategies and Solutions allow to plan for unexpected events and to define how to respond to any potential risks should they arise. By proper Risk planning and preparation, Projects team can identify, reduce, transfer or avoid risks when necessary to achieve the Project objectives and meet strategic goals. By the end of the course, you will gain the knowledge, skills and understanding required for a successful career in project management. It’s also ideal for experienced project managers seeking to bring a new dimension of leadership to their work.
