  1. Customer Service & Support: Providing information and advice to customers regarding over-the-counter medications, medical devices, and other health products.
  2. Dispensing and Medication Management: Assisting in the dispensing of medications under the guidance of a registered pharmacist, ensuring the correct medication and dosage is provided to patients.
  3. Inventory Control: Managing and maintaining stock levels, ordering medications and supplies, and ensuring the proper storage and handling of medications.
  4. Prescription Management: Handling prescriptions, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and assisting in the preparation and packaging of prescribed medications.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant health regulations, such as the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS), medication safety, and patient privacy laws.
