Cristiana Silva is a senior education technician with 4 years’ experience in coordinating pedagogical and social projects in Higher Education Institutions and Private Social Solidarity Institutions. She began her work in an academic environment, where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Education, in the specialization area of Adult Education and Community Intervention at the University of Minho and worked as an educational researcher, responsible for designing course curricula and managing course quality assessment processes. She is currently a learning designer at the Polytechnic of Cรกvado and Ave in Barcelos. With a passion for adult education, she has also been president of the C.R.I.A. Dialogues Association since 2021.

The short course “Research Methodologies” aims to provide an introductory understanding of scientific research in Administration. This course equips students with the necessary skills to design, develop, and evaluate research plans.
