Exam MB-910: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)

This exam covers the customer engagement features and capabilities of Dynamics 365 apps. Candidates of this exam should have a fundamental understanding of customer engagement principles, business operations, and general computer skills.

This exam covers the five core customer engagement apps. These apps are Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations. We’ll be covering the objectives for each of these customer engagement apps throughout this course
