Description

If you wish to gain clarity, certainty and confidence in helping your patients overcome back pain in a proven, guidelines-concordant way, plus reduce x-ray, MRI and surgical referrals, then this short course is for you!

Back Pain Management Course, you will gain the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to assess, plan and deliver effective exercise sessions for clients who demonstrate low back pain.

Becoming a specialist in rehabilitation exercise will set you apart from other Personal Trainers and fitness professionals. You will learn how to assess a client’s current back pain issues, identifying lifestyle (and lifelong) habits which may contribute to their discomfort. Possessing the skills needed to pinpoint detrimental behaviour (which gives rise to back pain symptoms) will enable you to deliver effective remedial exercise programmes designed to target and mitigate postural issues.

This qualification doesn’t just benefit clients who have a limited range of movement or muscle imbalances. Knowing what causes back pain enables you to incorporate preventative measures into your ordinary PT sessions.
