In this course we will cover all the key elements, skills & knowledge that are needed to gain a successful score in IELTS writing task one and two. We will cover every aspect of the writing tasks to ensure all the students that they are ready to pass their IELTS test.

About the instructor

Reflecting on my career, teaching IELTS is where I have had my most success and it really is a joy seeing my students get the score they need and make their way out into the world to further their education and careers.

I am still in contact with so many of them and they have gone on to be medical students, doctors, anesthesiologists, cyber security officers, business people, even some have become ESL teachers in their native countries.

For the past 18 years I have lived in Thailand where I still reside today with my wife who I have been with for 16 years. Yes, there was a time when I also had to teach her IELTS so she could leave me for one year in order to get her Masterโ€™s degree in my home country while I waited in the Land of Smiles. True story!

After 17 years or so of working for other people, I have decided to become as independent as I can and try to break into the online course creation industry, along with building my own English teaching website.ย  Itโ€™s early days and thereโ€™s lots of hard work to be done but I have never shied away from a challenge which I guess is why I can empathise with so many of my students to this day.

Teaching truly is my life and never a day goes by where I am not thinking about the progress of at least one of my students and how I can assist them in their ultimate goals.

Udemy is now where I am putting my efforts and I hope to bring as many courses as possible over the coming years that will enable those โ€œGo-Gettersโ€ to go there and get it.

These are exciting times!
