Description

In this course, we will practice the art of surrender.  We will be doing this practice for 21 days. We will first learn all about surrendering and what that means for us. You will learn how to use EFT Tapping and then we will use it in the 21 day program. For 21 days you will do a tapping routine in the morning and at night. You will keep track of your progress and how you feel up until day 21. There is a journal exercise provided to help you to figure out what it is you want to surrender to in your life.  There is another journal to help keep track of your progress for 21 days. In 21 days you can expect to be able to surrender more in your life. Or to anything you feel a strong control or stress over. This can be so helpful to help reduce stress and live a more calm life. The more you can surrender, the more opportunities open up for you. We sometimes don’t see all that is available to us because we can’t relax to all of what is available to us. So we will work on it in this course!
