- The basics of any contract in general and contracting contracts in particular from real suits.
- Definitions of legislation, engineering contract laws, and legal aspects related to construction contracts.
- Definitions of the types of contract risk.
- Cost estimation classifications.
- Pricing methods at any stage of the project and a detailed explanation of each method.
- Labor, plant, and material pricing basis.
